Hey there people, long time no see, if anyone hasn’t given up on keeping an eye on this blog already that is

My Apologies for being away as long as I have done, I think its like 25 days since my last confession (post), the one with my overview of the consoles that are bracing themselves for release this year if my recollection is correct.

So what’s been happening? and why have I been away so long? Well things have gotten busy at work, and at home which didn’t leave me much time to write here. Things are easing up now though for at least now, so I can bring you up to speed with things.

The bad news is that obviously the development of SpikedEffect.com also halted during this time, I am about to continue work on it and also some other things that I have on my to do list, but any requests as to what you want on SpikedEffect.com or on here are perfectly welcome, and I’ll take them into consideration for implementation.

I recently discovered just how bad the NHS system is in this country (UK for those of you who didn’t know where I am), it makes me wander where all this National Insurance we are paying and taxes etc are actually going to, as there doesn’t seem to be enough beds, nor enough doctors to actually see everyone in a decent amount of time. Yet, compare it to other countries, like Saudi Arabia, Spain, and the NHS just seems really below par, and something really needs to be done about it.

Because of this shortage it seems that nurses and doctors are more eager just to quickly diagnose someone and send them home with medicine, rather than taking tests to determine alternative reasons why a patient might be feeling the way they are.

Anyway enough of that, otherwise I am just going to wind myself up. What else, what else? Ah yes, I went to go see Orson at the Academy 2 the other week wasn’t too shabby, I like a couple of songs from their new album, “Bright Idea” & “No Tomorrow” being obvious ones of course, but there are a few others that take my fancy too.
