Hey there, well first off sorry for the few days I haven’t written here, I’ve been busy with work and also typical weekend commitments LOL
So… What to talk about today? Haven’t really got a specific topic on my mind this morning, I am watching sky news as I type, and the topic of bullying is quite prominent at the moment, but since I have written about that before (look at the post titled “that inner tear”) so am not going to chat on about that…
So lets go briefly through what has laid about my mind over the past week, with all the hype surrounding the latest consoles (XBox 360, Nintendo Revolution & PS3) you begin to get lost in all the technical babble if you have no idea what they are talking about, which would probably be most of the consumer market, its like they are trying to induce the “WOW!” factor… But it does leave me thinking which console I should get, if I get any…
You see its the first time that a console is actually more powerful than my PC, and they are specifically designed with gamers and multimedia in mind… But should I jump in a get the XBox 360 when it comes out on the 2nd of December? Or hold out to what appears a more “equipped” PS3…

It doesn’t take a genius to realize why Microsoft chose to release the XBox 360 earlier then the rest of the next-gen consoles, they are trying to pick the cherry of all of those so eager for the next-gen consoles that they’ll want to get their hands on the first of the next-gen consoles as soon as possible… But in doing this, you could say that the XBox may have given a heads up to the PS3 and Nintendo Revolution as they gave those companies a hit list, and areas to refine to make their machines more appealing than the XBox 360… Just compare the features of the PS3 and XBox 360 and u may see that the PS3 is a better all round machine than the XBox 360… So I think I’ll be waiting for the PS3 personally…
What next… Oh yeah… It’s bloody freezing! Get me out of here! LOL, what was a mild October has turned into a freezing November… bleh… I miss the warm beaches, just being able to jump into an outdoor pool without suffering the shocks of pneumonia if you do so… But environmental experts say that it’s actually getting colder around the globe each year… And if so dammit! I’m going to start digging a nice warm hole in the ground 
LOL you can really tell I haven’t got that much of use to say today, there is so much going on in today’s world that I could talk about the Bradford Shootings, where two police women were shot, or the apparent increase of Cocaine use in the UK, or the increased drinking hour drinking licenses that start this week… But a majority of them lead to political debate that may prove to be depressing… And hell, it’s Monday so its depressing enough as it is already
But I may as well give my 2 pence on the extended drinking hours, being mostly Greek by blood, as you can see in many Mediterranean countries, 24 hour drinking licenses CAN work but with it, it requires a maturity, you can see this by the mentalities of the public when it comes to drinking in the countries that 24 hour drinking is available, they don’t see drinking the same way as society here in the UK, they see it as a social thing, but not a need to get “tanked up” and totally “legless” which is what the majority of the UK mentalities are…

I think that is it for now, before I babble on randomly for no reason, but remember no matter how bad things are made out to be in the media, there is always something to smile about, so have a great Monday, and that’s it for now…

Hello. This is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here.
